I’m not going to lie – I got lazy this week 😛 I was going to have something different on each nail, but my ideas just didn’t come together. This is ulta3 Lily White sponged over ulta3 Metal using clingwrap (saran wrap, clingfilm, etc.). It’s a new technique for me, so there’s something! It’s very easy, and the result was pretty cool. I’m sure it’ll look cooler with more colours. I do like how the multichrome-ish graphite shimmer in Metal comes through in the sun. I also like how it reminds me of marble… I don’t like how it reminds me of bird poop!

  1. def going for the look of marble… it actually reminds me of the marble hallway we had in our old house where i grew up :)) i think it was whiter but yes the overall effect is still there!

i never knew this technique existed! it looks good… a nice alternative to sponging… good mani!! :))

  2. That was awesome! I’m not familiar with the teqnique but you can trust in the fact that I will be stuck on youtube until I can get a result similar to yours! Just found your blogbtw and I really like the fact that you bring a little science to the polish world 🙂
