My product arrived damaged, what do I do?

If there’s a printing mistake or your products were damaged during shipping, send me an email as soon as you can with photos of the product, and I can organise a reprint.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping takes around 1-4 weeks depending on your location.

Can I change my order, update my shipping address or cancel the order?

Email me as quickly as you can – it usually isn’t possible to update it (everything is automated) but I can try! The pending time during which changes can be made is 1-2 hours.

Why is your packaging so basic?

To make the products accessibly priced and the shipping reasonably fast for everyone, I can’t personally pack and ship all the orders myself. So no personalised notes or lollies or anything, sorry! 🙁

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?

If your package has been lost, email me and I will try to sort it out!

What are your exchange, refund and return policies?

Unfortunately I’m unable to offer exchanges, refunds or returns unless the products arrive damaged or faulty.
