This Wednesdayโ€™s theme is inspired by a movie. I decided to use A Clockwork Orange, one of my favourite books and movies!

In the movie, the main character, Alex, wears a bowler hat and heavier eyeliner under his right eye. Bart Simpson dressed up as him one Halloween ๐Ÿ™‚

I used Sally Hansen Sun Kissed for the orange base, and ulta3 White Lily and Black Satin for the design. I freehanded the hat and eye, and used tape for the stripes.

Check out these girlies for more movie nails!

    • You should post it – practice makes perfect ๐Ÿ™‚

Yes I did! I’ve put it up now, on the right above the Artsy Wednesday picture – sorry it took so long, I’m rubbish with editing my layout!

    • I’m used to it now, with all the practice! ๐Ÿ˜› It also helps to rest my wrists on a table or my knees when I do it, and the cleanup brush is a lifesaver!

    • Yes – I actually read the book before I watched the movie, I think I prefer it! But then again, I have a short attention span and usually can’t stay awake during movies ๐Ÿ™
